Paulina Faranso is a dynamic entrepreneur with a diverse background in business. Born and raised in Michigan, Paulina earned her degree in Marketing and Advertising Communications from Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business. She held a 13-year-long career as an Executive Assistant, where she gained invaluable experience, including working closely with the founder of StockX. Her career trajectory later led her to real estate, where she earned licenses in both Michigan and Florida. Most recently, Paulina worked for Forest Development as a Buyer Relations Manager on their Nautilus 220 project - a luxury high-rise condominium development in the Palm Beaches.

 

Throughout her career, Paulina has demonstrated a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit. She has always been drawn to the idea of creating unique, high-quality experiences, whether in real estate, marketing, and now, the hospitality industry. Her return to Michigan to own a restaurant in Birmingham marks the fulfillment of a long-held dream. Paulina’s love for food, community, and bringing people together is at the heart of her work. Her passion for fostering connections and creating spaces where people feel welcome continues to drive her as she commits to investing in the Birmingham community and enhancing its culinary scene.
